PRE-ORDER POLICY

We don't charge an initial deposit on pre-orders. Pre-Orders are not charged until they are queued for shipment (see “Shipping Soon” section). Average handling time after your pre-order bills through successfully is 3-5 business days. 

After orders are paid for (including charged pre-orders), we can no longer make adjustments to those orders, including canceling (any refund or cancellation requests for IN STOCK items must be emailed within 24 hours of placing the order). 

PARTIAL.LY

All Partial.ly cancellation requests must be submitted through customer support. Partial.ly cancellations are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE on the total cost of the order. 

Once Partial.ly orders are placed, the payment dates cannot be changed. However, early payments are permissible.

Bonus Points

Pre-orders are always worth double Reward Points. You will earn one set of points when the order is placed, and another when it is charged.

Shipping

Our orders are safely packed in our custom packaging material to ensure that the condition of your items is preserved.

Damaged Goods: We do our best to separate the damaged figures we get from our suppliers. For an item to be considered damaged, it needs to have excessive damage to the box, like rips and/or tears to the exterior. Dents to bubbles, scrapes, paint apps, manufacturer defects, and creases are not considered damage.

If your item is damaged in transit, we can help coordinate contact with the shipping carrier.

Please reach out to customer service to coordinate a return if your item is damaged 

Returns: Requests for returns can be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns can be made to the address on the bottom of our website, or on the shipping label, and will be the customers responsibility.

Lost orders: Once an order has left our warehouse, it becomes postal carrier's liability if anything goes awry in transit. We will help coordinate contact with the shipping carrier in the event an order is lost.  

*Please allow 1-3 business days handling time on most orders.

Rewards

Enrolling in the Mega Rewards Loyalty Program grants you points back on each purchase, redeemable for store credit.

Visual Confirm

Before we send your item out the door, we will photograph it both loose and packaged/labeled so you can see your shipment before it even leaves our warehouse.  

*This service may be paused during high traffic times to expedite handling.
